About the Project
Azo is a fulfillment service that offers both domestic and international shipping.
The goal of this project was to design a lightweight mobile app that allows users to track their existing shipments and create/send new shipments without any complexity.
The Problem
Most courier services either don’t have a dedicated app or have apps that are extremely cluttered and outdated.
Users struggle with:
Tracking shipment status in real-time
Understanding tracking history clearly
Separating domestic & international deliveries
Sending new shipments quickly without long forms
Azo wanted to build a simple, modern app that solves all of this with a clean and friendly interface.
The Goal
Give users a clear and real-time tracking experience
Make it effortless to send a domestic or international shipment
Keep all past deliveries organized and searchable
Use modern visual design for trust and ease of use
Our Approach
Focus on Clarity
Tracking numbers and delivery status are displayed right upfront.
A small map preview helps users instantly know where the shipment is — not just the name of the city.

Domestics vs International
Users can choose their shipment type instantly with two large cards.
This avoids mixing up services and reduces the effort needed to start a new order.

Organized History
Past shipments are listed with clear status indicators (Delivered, Cancelled, In Transit) and can be filtered by type.
This gives the user a sense of control and makes it easy to revisit old deliveries.

Visual Tracking Timeline
Each shipment has a full timeline showing exactly where and when the package moved.
The clean vertical layout makes this easy to scan.

Address Entry Made Easy
Users can pick the location directly from Google Maps, reducing errors and saving time.

Impact
Azo now has an app that matches the simplicity and speed of its delivery service.
Users can:
Track a shipment at any moment
Understand its journey with a visual timeline
Quickly send both local and international parcels
Manage all their courier activity in one place
In short, the app makes shipping feel less like logistics—and more like tapping a button.
